Anytime I reach out to Done with general questions like billing or scheduling I get a response from the correct department within a day or two. The monthly cost is exactly what they tell you from the start, there are no hidden fees or sudden increases. Even when I’ve needed additional support or asked a hundred questions they don’t up-charge the monthly fee. I’ve been a patient for three years, their service and compassion has been life changing for me.
