I’ve struggled for a long time to finally get confirmation & an actual diagnosis of my ADHD. Done has been a lifesaver for me & I finally feel like I have control over my situation. When I feel healthy & in a positive space, my family also feels the same way. I am better able to manage my time & organizational skills. Done is always quick to answer my questions & they are always professional. They have a refill countdown clock that is available in the app so you always know when you need to get your medication refilled. That has been very helpful for me. My provider always answers my questions & I feel like she genuinely cares about my well-being. I’ve used other telehealth providers in the past before coming to Done & I am so happy I made the switch. I’ve been with Done for over a year now & I plan to stay with them for as long as possible.
