Completely ghosted by my provider and the support staff at DoneFirst. I have been without my medication for 5 days and they have not responded to my refill request from 8 days ago. I have sent multiple messages via the app and email and zero response except the automated response that they will get back to me in 3 business days. I no longer get the automated responses back now. None of their phone numbers work. They are either disconnected, always go directly to voicemail, or just ring and then disconnect.
