I am a multi year and annual member and have never experienced such terrible follow up and customer service as I have with this company in the last 2 months. I have been unable to have a prescription refilled, out of medication for 3 weeks, have sent multiple emails and support requests across all available platforms.
The response from Done is they are done.
Does anyone work at this company? I have no response other than the canned response I'm sure you will see here "Sorry you've had a difficult time, we will get back to you in 3 business days. You can also make an appointment here(insert link)."
To note, they don't get back to you, there are no appointments available.
