Done is completely ghosting me for my prescription refills. I've scheduled a call with customer care, sent messages, emailed all the links they give to no avail. Really disappointed as in recent months I've raved about them to others only to be ignored now when I'm a paying patient that needs proper meds to help me day to day. I've just made an appt elsewhere for next week as a back up to ensure to get treatment for my issues. Done has 2 days to fix issues before I cancel them.
