I payed off my account on the 7th of May 2024 then called Donna Claire on the 9th and a consultant assisted me and said she will send off the documents and everything to cancellations, I should receive a mail confirming my account closure on after a week. Then randomly on the 15th of May they call me to ask when am I paying them their money for the subscribtions, which I was never aware of! And very confused why they didn’t tell me when I was closing my account. Now the calling me, threading me rudely so that I must pay them for the past to months or they will take me to the lawyers! The fault is with them and the consultant that never sent off my documents to the cancellations department!!! I’m so sick and tired, I closed my account cause I am a pensioner and I do not earn money anymore. I need help with this matter
