We bought a gaming chair for our sons 10th birthday in July. On arrival the metal was all rusty, I contacted Doohickey Hut and received instructions on how to clean the metal together with a £25 refund. Today, 5 weeks later, the entire left arm of the chair has snapped off, rendering it useless! I've emailed to make a complaint, here's hoping they reply. Very poor quality.
