I ordered a pet gate, I used this company as they claimed to have fast delivery & I have a new puppy trying to chew everything! After a week I still hadn’t received the item so I emailed them to be told it must be a Royal mail problem. They told me to wait 7 working days then contact them again (it was 6 working days at this point) I emailed the next day, as instructed, and got no response. I waited 48 hrs for a response (as instructed) but still nothing so emailed again. This time my money was refunded but no response or explanation. Rubbish service and dreadful communication. Would not use again.
