Placed an order on 11 December for 2 items for my partner Christmas present. On the 20 December I emailed asking when it would arrive and received an automated reply. Needless to say it didn't arrive before Christmas. I emailed again on the 27 December asking when it was going to arrive. I again received an automated reply. On 30 December I asked for a refund. I actually got a text message saying they would refund my money. No apology or explanation. I will wait an see if I get a refund
