Item was faulty and returned. It's taken me over a month and my postage still hasn't been refunded.
They keep asking me for more information... the tracking number which i gave then; a copy of the postage receipt, i sent it to them with the returned item but fortunately had a duplicate which i scanned and sent them; now they've asked for my paypal email address which they already have. I wouldn't purchase anything from them again.
