Had ordered the Apple 11 charger and plug and was told it would be here in 1-3 days, nothing showed and was a bit wary as didn’t get order confirmed email. Had emailed the company advising them of this and they told me to wait 5 working days, 5 days had passed and still no charger so I had asked them to cancel this and process refund, I was assured this had been done but two weeks down the line still no charger or refund!
