Worst retailer I have ever used I ordered twice shoes and sandals for an event. Even though I gave them the correct address Dorothy Perkins didn't give the complete address to Evri.(without street and building number). For 3 weeks I tried to contact Dorothy Perkins to fix it but they never did. I was the one who ended up having to contact the delivery company but I couldn't do anything because Dorothy didn't get involved at all. I requested a refund but they told me to wait another 2 weeks after 2 weeks had already passed. I still haven't received anything. Don't buy from them .
