Similar to other reviews im seeing here. Ordered a few things February 4th to ensure delivery by Valentines day. Get an email on the 10th stating my order was cancelled and refunded. Checked my account and it wasnt refunded but in order to try and get a gift on time I placed another order. Due to timing and supplies the second one was obviously more expensive. Also added rushed processing for $9. That order was placed the 11th. Today is the 17th. I still have no refund for the 1st order and the 2nd order still has no tracking data. I have emailed the company on the 11th with no word back yet. First email address was no good and got an automated response. Absolute trash company.
