I ordered a gift on valentines day for my mother, paid for fast shipping and everything. guess what happened ~ I never received it!!! The representative refused to help me and she suggested I called USPS/ mailing company to check on the status of my package and that I would need to discuss with them for a refund ( what a joke, I bought from dose of roses not USPS LOL ) anyways if you have already made the mistake of purchasing from this company please go to your bank and place a stop payment IMMEDIATELY. that is the only way you will get a refund, I had to literally file a claim with my bank and submit picture verification that they were refusing to refund me. Once my bank saw the history they INSTANTLY refunded me and advised they would handle directly with dose of roses, I of course won the claim because I never received it, but yeah just a heads up it's not what you think.
