Literally the worst company to deal with. My boyfriend got me the teddy bear roses for valentines day - he paid extra shipping and extra for a card. The card never came in the mail. The teddy bear rose is literally one of the ugliest things I've seen. It does not look anything like the photos - its foam roses that look like they were put together by an elementary school child. Since they were not real roses, they are eligible for return however despite paying extra for the insurance its impossible to get a refund. The service is always done - we have tried reaching out to their customer support at least 50 times and nobody responds. It's the end of May and we have not received a refund yet. Absolutely horrible company
