I find this slightly awkward to write as I haven't yet seen my purchase. It is in the same condition on its pallet wrapped in its black plastic wrapping. It remains in the place where it was dropped on my kerb by the transport company. Unfortunately, it was scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday 5th April when my family were staying with me. Sadly it was a no show, after numerous emails and waiting in for the delivery I was advised that they had attempted delivery on Thursday of the same week. None of my neighbours saw this phantom delivery, however, Friday was to be the day. This was fine as the family were still with me. Then the delivery company phoned on Friday to say they had no drivers. The delivery was yet again moved this time to Monday 11th, by then the family had left. I was walking home on Monday morning as the pallet was being unloaded onto the kerb outside my cottage. There had been no prior advice. The driver told me he had been getting all sorts of grief, I wasn't totally surprised but I would hesitate to use this carrier in the future.
