Great customer service. Ordered a flat training bat that arrived with a few blemishes on it. I understand that sometimes things can happen during production with any company or product. The process to replace it was very friendly and efficient. Just a few general questions and a couple pictures. The replacement arrived a few days later and is totally living up to their standards of quality/performance. Excellent tool for refining swing mechanics. Will likely choose DTB again just based on customer service and their willingness to work with their customers. Thank you!!!!
