My experience with this company was very underwhelming to say the least. I ordered cage bats and one broke within the first 10 swings. All barreled balls off of front toss. Then they do not honor pretty much anything for warranty. Their warranty has so many regulations you might as well not even swing the bat. Before buying the bats there was no indication they weren't covered by warranty and that they use inefficient wood. Then after I emailed a complaint they too them off the site and stated that they weren't covered under their weren't page. Overall the customer service was excellent and professional. Heather reached out to me and tried to help me as much as possible. The problem I had was more or less with the product and the warranty, not the customer service. I was appreciative of the offers given but in my personal experience I would not spend more money on bats from the company.
