I found a certain part of the online ordering process a little confusing (defining the cover content, as opposed to the inner face of the cover); this caused a misprint. The company were most helpful and replaced the printing very promptly and for free. Their help and advice were mos t appreciated; the end product is first class. I look forward to using this company again.
