Louise was extremely helpful in getting my document to the correct format for printing before uploading it to your site. I struggled to enter my own details when I placed the order because the boxes that you have to fill in are not visible until you hover the mouse over the correct position which is not obvious. The ability to review the order and change parameters (copy number, card weight and card finish) and see the impact on pricing prior to placing the order is very good. It was also reassuring to be able to view the final document to check it was all ok before placing the order. I will certainly use this site again for my printing requirements.
