Personally, I feel that the mark of a good firm is not when things go right - but when they go wrong. I have used Doxdirect quite a few times and have had no problems at all. However, occasionally things have gone wrong (Often problems of my own making) on these occasions the staff at Doxdirect have always been quick to rectify any errors and they have left me completely satisfied with my orders. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
