I was really happy with the overall print quality of my document, and would definitely use the service again. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my order until the day after my meeting, despite ordering it four days in advance, which was a bit of a pain. From a packaging perspective, I appreciate that you need to ensure the print outs reach customers in pristine condition, but surely 3, A3 print outs could've been sent in a rigid envelope, as opposed to a giant box? I would've preferred to have my order delivered to reach the date specified with the free p&p, instead of a giant box which cost £3 to courier. Other than that, I'm really happy with the service, and will be using you again soon.
