Can't praise the service enough. I've used Doxdirect before and been very happy with their products so used them again for a print for a mailshot that had to go out this weekend. Thought there was plenty of time so used the standard service and delivery. Printing still hadn't arrived on Thursday so I emailed them in the evening. Got a response first thing on Friday and once I had confirmed that nothing had arrived in the post that day they reran the print and expressed it to me arriving at 10am on Saturday so saving the day. Would (and have) recommend them to anyone.
