Online ordering needs to be made a lot more customer friendly, needed help at this stage. Paper quality, print quality and speed of service all good but unfortunately my document was printed A4 instead of A5 as requested. However, Doxdirect dealt with this issue very well and so I would recommend their services and try them again.
