Overall happy with the service- great quality of print and high colour quality so worth the money (and a nice feature was the inclusion of a packet of sweets with my delivery!) But having paid extra for delivery on a Monday, the pictures didn't arrive until late on Tuesday which affected my work schedule, which was obviously disappointing. I would request that the website try providing more accurate delivery information when ordering or an email update as I don't remember being notified of any delays. I could have rearranged schedule to accommodate this instead of it being an inconvenience. But I would use the service again and allow for a longer delivery as the product itself was very good
