I've used Doxdirect for 4 years and have received a good service. Since they changed their ordering system, both recent orders were wrong. The preview doesn't work and it seems like what you chose when uploading the document changes. My latest batch of manuals had the last page missing and it was printed on the back of the card and the clear acetate front cover was missing. I contacted Doxdirect and had expected some kinder customer support but I was basically told it was my fault. After 4 years, I will be getting my printing done somewhere else! Very disappointed!
