I was mostly very impressed with the service and quality of production I had from DoxDirect. The only main issues I had were in the website process to create my document; 1) Once at checkout, I couldn't get back to modify my file. 2) When editing tabs, if you got something wrong you couldn't edit them and save again, you had to delete and re-create. 3) When my finished document came through, all my tabs were on the wrong pages, all ofset by one. I think this may have been me not paying enough attention, but I suspect it probably wasn't clear enough about this. 4) The above could have been aided by a more visual preview of how the document was going to be printed, with the tabs clickable so when you clicked them you'd be at the page you had turned to, if you had turned the tab from right to left as you would physically. It would then have been good to be able to move the tabs quickly. Sweeties in the box were a nice touch!
