My first experience of using the company was certainly interesting, I had a deadline for the production of a book a week ago and unfortunately it was not met so I ended up having to go to an in store printer to meet the deadline. I was certainly left disappointed but the whole experience. However, since then my issues have been dealt with by Louise, who has been very professional and helpful. The book quality is very high ; paper and print look great and the binding is to a very good standard. I am currently in the process of re-ordering a set of books. When comparing the production qualities of Dox with the in store printer that I used, Dox is by far superior. As I said the build quality of the book is excellent, and ultimately that is what I was looking for.
