Quality of final product, and speed of production, was great. The only problem I had was with placing the original order, where I was confronted with a box about tabs. I didn't want any tabs, never asked for them, and didn't see how to move on. (Eventually, it was simple. Just ignore it, scroll down, and you go to Checkout). But I was stuck, so I rang the number. Spoke to two different people, one of whom told me I must have clicked Tabs and offered me a reset; the other told me to go out and start again. Eventually I solved it for myself, but they should have known.
