The staff (I dealt with Louise) were most helpful and supportive of any initial problems that I experienced (still though think it's odd that I was allowed to proceed right through to payment stage, when I had not completed the tab stage correctly - shouldn't that (my) omission had stopped me proceeding further at that stage?).
But delivery (tracked) was right on time.
The finished product was excellent and I'd certainly use them again.
