I can truthfully say that I am not a 'happy' person and I have a mistrusting nature, so I am unlikely to be 'happy' when reviewing my dealings with Dox. However, I found the staff pleasant and helpful with all my queries and, unlike many other companies, I have nothing to complain about. Over the years, my orders have been large, small and varied in format. On just one occasion, the printing was wrong and unacceptable. What surprised me, was that the staff were attentive, understanding and willing to put the mistake right and I received the revamped order within the following week. I could not have asked for more and I would definitely recommend Dox to anyone who was contemplating having their printing done by anyone other than themselves.
