Doxdirect really pulled this one out of the bag at the 11th hour: I needed to get some prints to a customer in time for their birthday. The order arrived but it had been rammed through the door by an over zealous postie. Not Doxdirect's fault of course but I had to get it replaced. They resent the order, it arrived the very next day in perfect condition because they added cardboard sheets to 'inform' the postie to knock the door! I got the order out to my customer in time for tomorrow! I am so impressed by their customer service and print quality which is why I use them for all my printing now :)
