We had an issue with the initial order (IT issues meant some of the functions on order were not visible to us - resulting in a minor error on layout) and on day of receipt not only was it resolved the next day we got the new one 100% perfect. Excellent customer service and the standard of printing is excellent, quality materials and first class packaging means you get what you expect.
