Prints turned up as scheduled, however I didn't get any confirmation email saying they had been sent (nothing in junk mail either) which caused some panic as the prints were needed first thing on Monday morning. As it was the weekend none was available via the telephone number on the email to be able to confirm if they had been sent or not.
