The website does not make it clear that turnaround does not include delivery.
Because of this I received my documents a day later than expected.
I was expecting next day delivery and thought that was what I was paying for.
As a result of this I would be reluctant to order again.
Does same day delivery mean delivery the day after ordering?
If I order before 11.00am, would I receive my documents the next day?
