We are booked a car throuh the DoYouSpain website on 21.12.2021. and was charged 722.34 evros ( DYS 41813248). 22/12/2021 i could not pick up my car n Barcelona Airport, as i didn`t have any credit cards and i was refused to pay with my debit card. Reservation rules (provision of two credit cards) DoYouSpain sent after accepted our payment 722.34 euro! Money that I paid for the car booking before 8 th of January has not been refunded into my card. Please help to sort out this issue as soon, as possible. Because this looks dishonest and dodgy. P.S. I was travelling wit my eight year old child, and unfortunately this incident stressed my daughter and myself out!!!
