Horrible. Should be flagged as scam.
Under "others" it states, in fine and small print, that you must arrive from a flight, you must have a boarding pass (!) and a ticket to collect your car. If you have a second driver, the booking must be in the person with the ticket.
In our case, we were told as the booking was in my name and my wife arrived on the plane, I am not eligible to collect the car with or without my wife and not eligible for a refund of my prepaid, 15 day rental.
