Booked and paid for a vehicle, but did not receive a confirmation email or booking voucher. Went to Del Paso Rentals in Malaga Airport with my booking reference and was told, no voucher, no car. Tried to get hold of Do You Spain for two hours with no luck.
Spoke to someone the next day who just spun a load of lies saying that they did send an email even though they couldn't re-send it on request. Will not refund my money. Terrible, disgusting company obviously stealing from as many people as possible. Be very aware using this scam company.
