Booked a big estate. At rental place they only had a far smaller car. Rang doyouspain and only offer was to cancel the booking.
Rental company then offered me an ex Taxi car with broken backlights.
Tried now several times to get in contact with doyouspain to get my money back. No answer whatsoever.
