They didn’t offer me any help regarding my problem with the card. The night I should pick up the car I had problem with my card and just wanted more time to find another card. I had booking for 1 month and just wanted to move my booking for 1 day since this problem occured, I let them know I would certainly in the future make more bookings for more months but nobody was giving me solution… I will rent a car also in the future but surely not from this company. Also, rental company, Click And Rent was offering me new contract directly from them, with new insurance and many other things more, which is not so professional when we take into account that I already paid them through DoYouSpain. Very disapointed, I think it is not such a big of a deal to meet the needs of your customers.
