Just has a booking with them. Arrived to the airport to pick up the car and the rental car company (Goldcar)won’t accept my credit card, because the numbers were not imprinted in the credit cars. Goldcar wanted them offer us their insurance and if we would have accepted, they would have accept our credit card, which we were amaze on their policy. As we already have the full cover they told us that we couldn’t have the car. So we are trying to get our money back but looking at the reviews, I can see this is the biggest scam ever… I will fill out a formal complaint to this company.
