My flight date was altered by airline. Doyouspain refused to alter my car hire booking saying no refunds. I was not wanting a refund just a date alteration. When you book they inform you no refunds but it is not till you have paid that the tell you no alterations. Unfortunately I do not recomend you use Doyouspain as you will be ripped off
