Despite paying in full for a rental car, the company failed to provide me with the vehicle as agreed upon. What makes the situation even worse is that they refused to refund my payment. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is completely unacceptable. The entire ordeal has been frustrating and time-consuming. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. I feel cheated and misled by "Do You Spain," and I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs. If you are considering renting a car, please look elsewhere. "Do You Spain" cannot be trusted to deliver on their promises, and you may end up losing your money without receiving any service in return.
