Appalling company, had paid for extra cover online and they made us pay another 165€ plus fuel 76€ , we were told if we took the car back with a receipt for the fuel they would give me a back 76€… 2 weeks later and no sign of refund. The staff were rude and impolite in the office . DO NOT use this company they are unbelievably unreliable and unprofessional.
