This company is an absolute hoax. My partner & I had planned to rent a car when we landed in Malga with our 6month old first trip out of the country. When we landed we got to the shuttle bus & the driver greeted us with our name on the booking. When we got to the centre to collect the car we were told our booking was cancelled they didn't know why & we had to ring doyouspain. I contacted customer service was on hold for over 20 mins & was cut off. Phoned again on hold for 16 mins and the girl was extremely rude and I was told nothing they could do. It was cancelled as we were late. I explained our flight was on the runway in Dublin for an hour before we took off due to technical issues and she said because we were late our booking was cancelled. Despite them having our flight details which they had emailed asking us the night before we flew. they cancelled the booking and they advised we needed to reclaim back from the airline. It was an absolute disaster after paying for the vehicle left in the middle of nowhere in malaga with a 6 month old trying to get to our destination. We have had no choice but to hire another vehicle where we were directly. What an awful start to our first family trip away. Expensive car rental. Not good company..not good customer service. Fake company who just takes your money..STAY AWAY go elsewhere.
