Terrible company, who makes use of people. No customer focus whatsoever. We rent a car and the first name of the booking didn’t totally macht with the creditcard and the computer said no! According to Goldcar, who provided the car via doyouspain, we were not their customers and had to contact doyouspain. It took more than an hour to get them on the phone and to hear that it was not possible change. After that they disconnected the line. No refund possible. Goldcar felt “really” sorry and offered us a car for double the price and no discount whilst they already had a great part of our money because of the first deal
