This company are running a SCAM, they know you will not be able to have the vehicle booked unless you pay a lot more.

We pre paid for a hire car with insurance and paid extra for an insurance platinum waiver. Goldcar at Murcia International demanded we pay €180 for their insurance, plus local taxes at the incorrect rate or we cannot have the vehicle, their operator advised ‘DoYouSpain’ insurance is worth nothing!
I have sent several emails, with no replies.
