Avoid DYS. They stole my money. I rented a van via DYS but when I went to pick it up the rental company said I couldn't, citing a clause which wasn't mentioned in the contract with DYS. DYS refused to return my money, and kept saying I had run out of time to cancel. But I never wanted to cancel, I wanted the van. I also know that DYS didn't pay the rental company, so it is just sitting on my money having taken it for a service which it didn't provide. Seeing so many similar reviews of the company, I am surprised that it is still in business. It shouldn't be.
