I rented a car through DoYouSpain including fully comprehensive insurance for approximately 201.27 €. Upon arrival I had to pay again at Goldcar, this time 415.33 €. I told them that I had already paid but this was to cover any fines and fuel. The amount would be refunded within 2 weeks if everything was in order. In the end, 95.31 € was refunded. Instead of paying 201.27 € we have now paid 521.29 € more than double. Goldcar says they can't do anything about this and DoYouSpain doesn't even respond. TO EVERYONE: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOTH OF THEM, RATHER PAY A LITTLE MORE AT THE RELIABLE AND KNOWN COMPANIES THAN TO BE SCAMMED. If there are still and enough victims, we may have to hire a lawyer to put a stop to these fraudulent practices.
