Parcel never delivered...
Parcel never delivered... I was allocated one hour time slot and at last minute recived message from DPD that I was not at home, driver did not came to my address and message contained pick up shop 3 miles away. I called DPD and explaind situation and also offered CCTV footage of my house to prove fact drive is lying but no action taken and I was given referece number 59676374 without any reasonble explanation
